Delivery methods
There are 2 delivery methods:
1. Standard delivery corresponds to a Colissimo shipment
The package is delivered by La Poste to the delivery address defined by the Customer.
The delivery time announced by the carrier is 3 to 6 days from the date of shipment.
2. Mondial Relay delivery
The parcel is delivered by Mondial Relay to the collection point chosen by the customer. This delivery method is available for France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Italy, Poland, Portugal, and Spain.
The delivery time announced by the carrier is 3 to 6 days from the date of shipment.
In both cases, during order processing, a tracking number is sent to the Customer by email so that they can track their package on the service provider's website.
Returns and exchanges
Following a purchase on our e-shop (excluding sale items): the customer may return, at their own expense and via tracked and signed delivery, to India Sampati, the products received within 14 days of the date of receipt (the postmark will serve as proof). The products must be returned in their original packaging and condition. They will then be eligible for a full refund.
