Delivery methods
There are 2 delivery methods:
1. Standard delivery corresponds to a Colissimo shipment.
The package is delivered by La Poste to the delivery address specified by the Customer.
The delivery time announced by the carrier is 3 to 6 days from the shipping date.
2. Mondial Relay delivery
The package is delivered by Mondial Relay to the relay point chosen by the customer. This delivery method is valid for France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Italy, Poland, Portugal and Spain.
The delivery time announced by the carrier is 3 to 6 days from the shipping date.
In both cases, when the order is processed, a tracking number is sent to the Customer by e-mail so that they can track their package on the service provider's website.
Returns and exchanges
Following a purchase on our e-shop (excluding sale items): the customer can return, at their own expense and via Colissimo signature, to India Sampatti, the products received within 14 days of the reception date (postmark serves as proof). Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition. They can then be fully refunded.
